Upcoming Event Submission

Don’t keep your event a secret! Reach the thousands of visitors who come to our website each month.  It’s easy to reach people on the Steuben County Community Event Calendar.  Just click on the link below and submit your event.  If it is approved for inclusion it will be listed on the website calendar. 

In order for a specific event to be listed on our website, a submission must provide the date, time, location and description of the proposed event.  The event submission will then be evaluated by the Steuben County Tourism Bureau to ensure that it complies with the event posting policy set forth below:

The proposed event must take place within the boundaries of Steuben County, Indiana. 

Additionally in order for the event to be acceptable for listing on the Steuben County Tourism Bureau’s website, it must fall within one of the following categories:

  • Events must generate visitors from outside Steuben County.
  • Events that are public tourism-based attractions (museums, art galleries, wineries, etc.) and historic venues will be listed.

Please note your event will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click “Submit Event” at the bottom of the form.  It will go first through an approval process to make sure it contains all the information needed.  You will be notified if your event cannot be approved.  Thank you.

Steuben County Tourism Bureau has sole discretion to determine events that will be listed.
